How it works
Your marketing department or agency, with the help of Words & Graphics? design department develops easy-to-use templates for your branches or customer facing people to use. The templates are linked to a set of rules for who can order, order quantities, which (if any) text or images can be changed etc. We can set up a series of images and marketing copy your people can choose from, or allow them to input their own copy.

The system automatically creates a pdf and all file transfers will be in pdf format. This speeds up transfer time compared to high resolution transfers. The template creation process requires no programming abilities and can be carried out on any uploaded pdf.

Words & Graphics set up a secure log-in area for your Marketing Administrator and password access for your people such as your store managers, field sales, distributors etc. Once you have logged on all communication becomes internal. The server is secure and is based at Words & Graphics.

Your people can access the templates on the web via their passwords. They make whatever changes they wish within the rules set up for each template job, order the quantity they require and specify delivery requirements, according to their access rights.
